General Date Protection Regulation (GDPR)

 

I shall collect and store certain information that you have shared with me. This will include your name, your email address, your phone number(s), Skype/FaceTime details (where applicable) and any relevant medical history and medication taken. I shall collect this information so that I have a means of contacting you to arrange sessions, to conduct our sessions (where applicable) and so that I meet the requirements of my insurance company. This information will not be shared with any other organisation(s) or individual and will be held for the duration of our work together, unless I am required to share this information by law.

 

Your information is password protected and stored securely on my laptop and phone. I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

If you are contacting me via my website, I shall collect your name and your email address and use this information to contact you. Any additional information you choose to share with me I shall securely delete immediately. 

 

My website uses cookies. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on my site and you can disable the cookies in your browser preferences.

 

Your name, your phone number(s) and your email address shall be deleted 3 months after our work together has ended. I keep a record of our sessions together for 7 years so that I meet the requirements of my insurance company and for tax purposes, after which they shall be securely deleted. This information is stored in a locked cabinet which is accessible only by myself.

You have the right to know what information I shall keep about you, to see the information, to change anything which you deem inaccurate, and to withdraw consent to me keeping your information.
